Selmer Mersel-American Trombone.Vintage early 19teens I suspect. Not much to be found about the Stencil.
Bone is in excellent condition. All the tuning slides slide and the slide itself will fall off onto the floor if you let go. No lock.
She could use a real good buffing and some playtime.
