THERE ARE NO BENEFITS IN USING STRIP OR TERMINALS ON REELS:
The only benefit is to the seller because they are cheaper.  These terminals have to be cut or removed from the strip or reels for use. They have sharp edges which can cut you. I do not use them in my kits.
