Items must be paid within 7 business days of an auction or buy-it-now’s close. All PayPal methods are accepted. We also accept Master Card, Visa, Discover & American Express by phone. Sales Tax
7.25% sales tax applies to all sales shipped within the State of Ohio. We are a registered business in Ohio and are required by LAW to charge sales tax on items shipped to Ohio.

We ship fully insured through USPS. Items less than 16 oz. will ship via First Class Mail and anything 16 oz. or over will ship via Priority Mail. Both methods will provide a tracking number, most high value items with come with signature tracking (over 0). Items are shipped Monday through Friday, within 1 business day from the date the payment clears.
Combined Shipping
A Combined Shipping Discount is offered for any additional items won within a one week period. Customers will be charged the .25 flat rate for individual items and small lots. Heavier items will incur higher shipping costs. Higher value items that require signature or faster shipment may be -. Additional items will be combined at just 75¢ per item.

Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. For that reason, you may return any item for a full refund, less shipping and handling, within 14 days from receipt (P.O. Box 790, Maumee, OH 43537). Please contact us to let us know you will be returning the coin. A 10% restocking fee may be charged for certain returns in which we have incurred a loss, (
unless we have made an error or the item is damaged in the shipping process
). Disagreeing with the grade does not mean that the item doesn't match the description or listing—claiming so is a misuse of eBay returns.

Please note that grading is subjective.  Our numismatists have had a lot of training and are very good at what they do. Still you are advised to use your own judgment and purchase the coin based on the provided photos as well as our descriptions. While our grades are the best guidelines we can offer, they are just our opinion.
